A: No we can tow your vehicle and you don't need to be with us.
Q: Do you use hook and chain towing or a flatbed tow truck?
A: We have flatbed tow trucks
Q: When my car breaks down, how long does it take for a tow truck to arrive?
A: Depending on where the tow truck is at the time we should only be 10-15 minutes away
Q: How does a tow truck driver get into your car?
A: We generally will ask for your key as our towing is consent towing usually, i.e the car owner has requested us to pick it up
Q: Is my car covered for damage by your insurance ?
A: Although we take extreme care with your car it is your responsibility to have insurance on the vehicle.
We are required by law to keep a register for complaints.
Q: Do you take cheques for towing my car?
A: No we prefer cash or credit card please
